Green Farmers, Australia's largest grower of B2B medicinal cannabis, operates a 43,000 sq.ft state-of-the-art greenhouse in Bunyip, Victoria, producing premium wholesale flower. Due to high demand, it has expanded with a new 100,000 sq.ft facility in Lismore, New South Wales, set for production in 2024.
Owned by Biortica Agrimed, the company also operates Apollo Green, a leading nursery in Ottawa, Canada, that develops market-defining genetics for the global cannabis industry. Its integrated model, complete with packaging and distribution, covers the entire lifespan of the medicinal product for the Australian market.

The Situation
After beginning its operations in October 2021, Green Farmers introduced a cannabis compliance software system to oversee its operations from compliance to inventory. However, deficiencies soon became apparent.
